Team sales is a CRM (Customer relationship management) application that brings sales force automation to a new level to give business sales teams the ability to make more profits, increase productivity and give opportunities to strong candidates. It is composed of both a gamified application and a desktop software that monitorises inividual and team performances. It's customisable and scalable, and has been designed to easily adapt to the branding of any business,

It has been used by companies such as B/S/H and Nespresso.

The engagement strategy was focused on targeting business and keeping employees engaged by applying gaming strategies such as awards, teams and individual rankings and achievements. The application attracts employees by giving them a deal with their own business – giving them rewards based on their sales performance.
