I am a highly creative and detail-oriented Service Designer with 10 years of diverse experience across multiple business areas. A highly proactive and resourceful individual with a deep passion for design. From a young age, just as soon as i got my first computer, i knew that I wanted to be a designer, as I strongly believed this new digital era could give more access and improve people's lives, specially minorities.

Being one of the first-generation of mixed children born in Spain with Spanish, Latin American, and Black African heritage, i’ve had the opportunity to experience a diverse cultural background. This has shaped my way of looking at life and has provided me with empathy, open mindedness and an intersectional perspective on the world and my work.

My expertise lies in developing innovative projects from the idea to the development. I am passionate about delivering solutions that strike a harmonious balance between user needs and business objectives, always keeping an intersectional approach to the projects. As a high proactive & collaborative individual, I thrive the most when im working with cross-functional teams to bring impactful design solutions to life. I am driven by a deep desire to continuously improve and enhance experiences through thoughtful and effective design strategies.
